I have a few outlets and I'm trying out this new POS on the latest outlet. My management requires a list of items being recorded into the Stock Table or the Inventory of the POS system and it has to be a hard copy.
Is there anyway that I can print the information from the Receive program? Or is there anyway that I can print the list if in-stocks (Receive) just like the out-stocks (Merchandise Report)?

Packing list
tiger1986sg,
You cannot currently do that. However when merchandise is received don't you get packing slips that have to be matched to the actual merchandise in the boxes? And then don't you punch in the packing slips into the RECEIVE program? Then the packing slips are the hard copy of what was received.

I will take a look at this tomorrow. The plan is that you can choose to print out the pages when you load the receive file into the stock table, not when you can enter the merchandise into the receive file. After all it is when you load the receive file that the merchandise is actually entered into the stock table.

Printing invoices
tiger1986sg,
In your current POS folder make a backup of your current CF2.EXE file. Then download this http://www.dhpos.com/cf2.zip file there and unzip it.
Now when you are loading the "receive" file into your stock table you will be able to choose to print the invoices to the printer. This assumes that the program is set up to print receipts to the printer.
