You may as well zip the entire DHPOS folder as a backup - to encompass all your settings and stock table data.

But for just the stock table, you would zip up the ????????.TBL and ????????.IDX files where ???????? is the name you gave your register when setting up DHPOS.

????????.POS file

Backing up the ????????.POS file would also be a good idea because it contains all of your sales figures and register parameter settings.

However a small RAM thumb drive (64 megabyte or larger) only costs about $20 and will backup the entire POS folder on your hard drive. That is your best bet if you have a USB port on your computer.
