Hi. If I use the Drop feature and later I close POS with option 3. When I open POS again and later I go to close POS with option 2, the drops that I made before close POS with option 3, are not in the final brief.
I hope that you understand my bad english

Problems with Drop feature

Javi, I have attempted to recreate your error without success:
I went into DHPOS, cash drops on the closing screen shows 0.00
I then created a cash drop of 10.00, closing screen shows -10.00, exited using option 3, and re-opened DHPOS - went to the closing screen still said -10.00 and the closing receipt showed the cash drop also.
Everything seems fine here, are you sure your version is up to date?

Please remember that drops and pulls cancel each other out. For example if you have a 100.00 pull and a $75.00 and $25.00 drop the total will be 0.00 although the transaction count for drops and pulls will then be 3.

I have an idea.
What if drops and pulls went on their own lines in the closing screen with a total amount for drops and the total amount for pulls? Along with a # next to each to show how many drops or pulls that were done. This might help track them better if there was a problem. If screen space is a problem on the reporting screen maybe pulls could be tied into + CASH FUND since it does the same thing anyhow. The way I use POS is to always have the Cash Fund set at zero and use the Pull Feature to loan the starting amount.
