Confirmation Screen

A useful feature would be to be able to set up the POS system to ask for confirmation before selling certain items. I will give you two examples of where this might be useful:

1. In an off-license: To get the cashier to check the age of the person buying the product and then press Y to continue or N to cancel that item.

2. In a Pharmacy (more relevent to me): Certain products have to be confirmed by the pharmacist. Therefore it would be helpful if when these items were scanned, a message something along the lines of "This is a pharmacy only product, check with pharmacist" and then the ability to press Y/N.

I don't know how easy or difficult this would be to do, but it would certainly be useful.

I really like this idea! I dont know if it's possible or coincides with Dale's plans, but that would be very helpful and a great feature to include!
