Pole display test program

This is test of the new pole display code... it only prints a couple test messages to the display. Please report results here.

Remember, I can't make this work without your help. Thanks to those who have contributed so far.

Jon,

This code worked perfectly at my pole display.
Using DH-Pos 5.0, PD2200 Posiflex PoleDisplay, Windows'98

My PD shows "Pole test 1"
"Pole test 2"

Hope this will helps.
