help me please stock table!!

help me please stock table!!

I need to know how to export the stock table at the end of every month to do my figures ie i need the stock table with prices on not just the number of pieces and the item.
I need the item number of pcs and the cost of the item.
can anyone help... can i do this on this program??

Use the stock table feature where you can enter / edit lines not just view it.
