Jackie,

To change the labels on receipts go to the "Receipt language" feature of the POSCONFG.EXE program and type in whatever labels you want.

To stop the "tips" printing go to the "Employee seup" feature of the POSCONFG.EXE program and set "Employee tips" to "NO"

You can't customise the layout of the receipt beyond changing the labels, apart from having a narrow 40 column or wide 80column receipt.

It's just too complicated to squeeze such a feature in with the limited space remaining in DHPOS and would require a large amount of programming.

Also - your layout of stock items in a sale would chew through a lot of paper with 4 lines required for each item rung up, compared with two lines in the current setup (40 column layout).
