Ok,
How about a windows based version of POS. For example, have the same features, but with the modern Windows style.
Dos is a bit outdated now,
Just a thought

No, no, no go to the sin-bin!
This has been raised several (hundred) times, and as Dale will no doubt point out, QBASIC (used to write DHPOS) is what he knows, and DOS works on a wide range of operating systems. Many of us really prefer the interface of a DOS program for POS applications anyway.
I have never found a windows based POS I liked using.
To learn a new language AND convert the program to windows would take an incredibly long period of time, and it's taken us a few years to get to this point.

I have always found that windows based POS systems seem to require you to use the mouse - which is not very convenient during a sale. Far easier to just press buttons on a keyboard in DOS.

OK, I was going to post on this topic but it seems that others have already made my rebuttal.
Thanks,
