In a situation that customer want to exchange product with other product...so i either collect the or give back diff. So, is it possible to do RETURN in PURCHASE so that i dont have to goto RETURN and come back to PURCHASE agin...but in real trancastion i dont give back the customer money on return and collect back the money on purchase....it seem a bit weird....that y i came up with this question? Do we have other faster way to do that?

It is not possible to do this with DHPOS. You have to do the two separately.

As far as I know Dale did try to integrate it some time ago - however if I recall correctly, it became too complicated to program and messy with sales figures etc.
