incoming stocks history

Post by eureka8888 » Fri Dec 31, 2004 10:49 pm

is there a way to see reports of incoming stocks (receive stocks by the store), lets say i want to now when item#1 is delivered to the store and it will report dates and quantity and the cost. more like a stock card. or viewing what comes in to the store on a specific date? thanks

eureka8888,

There is no way to track when merchandise was received.

what i am doing now is to enter incoming stocks as returned items with zero amount, so that it will add up to the inventory right away, and it can be traced when needed. Can we add a seperate menu like incoming stocks with additional function, and it is to update the cost without going to the stock table one by one to change the cost, thanks dale.

Tracking incoming stock

Post by Robert_Nel » Mon Apr 24, 2006 3:13 am

I rename the recieving file ie: 24April_FastTrax_Accounts ect. I do this on a daily basis. If I have to backtrack recieving info I rename the file back to what it was and look it up in the recieving program. Works well for me.
