I have set to print to file. When i try to print a test page from posconfig it works perfectly well

However, when i try to print a receipt after totalling up a sale it doesnt work. I updated POS today, but it still doesnt do it!

(Before you ask - yes... Aprint was running!)

Sounds like an option, do you have "Print receipts on printer" turned to "Yes" in "printer setup" insede pos config
