Is there a feature where by if say i have a buy one get one free offer the pos software can autamatically deduct the amount of one cola item?

I hope i make sense.

p.s if not it might be an idea for a future project.

Nope, the POS program will not give quantity discounts and there are no plans to add this feature.

We tried it once and it turned out to be way too complicated to impliment.

You could always make another stock item in stock table with half the price? So when you scan both items it is billed at the price of one to the customer?

Alternatively you could create one stock item for 2x Coke bottles at 1.00?

You could have an item for a Coke bottle at $0.00 that someone has to either scan or enter after the coke.

Just Use The Coupon Feature:
1. [F9] Discount
2. 3. Coupon/Unit Reduction

Enter the Amount of Second Soda to be Deducted from Sale.
