Pos does not warn u when stock goes into minus number..

Hi Dale thanks for a great program. I just have one question can the program pop up a warning of some sort when stock goes into a minus ?

It does - when ringing an item it says - inventory 0 at the bottom right.

If you are controlling ur stock correctly, or are not using this in a standard store situation, then inventory should never be zero when you ring on one of those items.

If you are selling items and inventory = 0, then you have an error in the procedure you follow for receiving and shelf stocking which needs rectifying.

Jon's STOCK program located at http://return.no-ip.org/downloads is a useful stock table tool - which allows you to instantly see low/out of stock items by useful color coding.

Stock has not yet been updated to accomodate the larger stock table size. I'll see if I can do this today.
