Error when searching item by vendor stock number in 6.0

Each time I try to ring up an item by the vendor stock number I get the following message:
File already open in line 3 of module POS2 at address 16D1:8DCE
Steps to reproduce the error:
1. In main window, choose <1> (Purchase)
2. Press * to search by vendor stock number
3. Enter vendor stock number <enter>
4. Confirm that the item found is correct (1)
And, besides of this, Dale, I have to ask for a huge favor. Could you please post the new file structure of the stock table file (like the old one that's in the FAQ), so I can update the programs I've written to automate my stock table maintenance? Thanks soooooooooo much in advance!
