Hello, when I park a sale, I can enter the number that I would like it parked under, but when I go to retrieve the sale in the 'Purchase' screen by pressing F6, it says something along the lines of 'you cannot access this function from here'. Where do I access it from?

Only one register can access the parking lot at the same time.

If another register on your network (if you have a network) is accessing the parking lot, and/or if you exited the parking lot improperly (e.g. by closing the program by clicking the 'X' button in Windows etc) then you are locked out of the lot.

The register will retry if you leave it at the error message and after 2/3 minutes will continue anyway as it assumes a system malfunction.

- the steps you took to create the error
- the version of DHPOS you are using
