Just A Thought,
You should cut down on the amount of Announcements/Stickies on the forum. An good idea is to either combind some related ones and get rid of the old ones (POS 5.0 Beta).

I agree... at the moment when you load the page they are all that show

I'll see about combining them when I've got some time.

Even with the stickies/announcements I still saw about 8 topics without scrolling.

I have merged some topics also.
