End of Day Reports Not Printing Totals

End of Day Reports Not Printing Totals

Hello and HELP!,

Somehow. Somewhere. Sometime recent, my version 7 is no longer printing my sales totals at the end of the day. It was working fine, and then last night I noticed I got all zeroes and only the cash in drawer portion printed. I am not sure wht may have ended up fubared but it is FUBAR.

If anyone, maybe Dale? Could tell me where to look in POSCONFG I would sure appreciate it!

Larry,

Are you saying that when you close out the register that the close screen has all of your correct figures but the printed receipt is almost all zeros?

What version of the program do you have?
