I'm not sure if there's a setting or something, but after I total a transaction and enter the amount of cash given it does not display the change due, it just prints the receipt and shows a blank black screen with a box showing the amount of cash received. Upon pressing any key it then returns to the main menu.

You can look on the receipt to see the change due, but my printer is kind of slow and seems odd that one would have to see the change due in this manner?

Ok, this is weird. Are you using the current version 7.0c ?
