Hi Dale ,

We need to know whether have any method to transfer out the stock item to the outlet , due to we are going to open a new outlet soon ?

We are not consider to use the networking coz the quantity item in the stock table will same , right?

Quantity of the item in H.Q and outlet are totally different.

So we are now very confuse about it , hope Dale can provide us a solution for this.

When you say you are going to transfer a stock item from the home office to the new outlet do you mean that you are going to need to transfer the entire stock table to the new store minus the inventory or with a diffeerent inventory than is in your current store?

The best way to do this is to copy the stock table files (which end with the extensions of .TBL and .IDX to the new computer. Then use the INVENTOR.BAT program to enter your new inventory in to the "file". Now when you load the file into your stock table it will first erase the current inventory for all items and then load you new inventory into the stock table.
