DHPOS User Manual

We often get queries here on the forum and sometimes in chat which are answered in the DHPOS User Manual. You may not know that the manual is included with each release of DHPOS and can be found in the folder you unzipped the program to as "REGISTER.TXT".

The manual can also be viewed on Dale's website at http://keyhut.com/posmenu.htm and also in PDF format.

I often find myself looking for reference material to answer questions here on the forum and find the online HTML version easiest. You can use a Google query to limit your results to Dale's site - and using their custom search engine module I've setup an engine to just search the manual.

The rather inelegant URL for the user manual search is http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=00101 ... ktbsh79nfa

The way the engine is currently setup is it will look for your search term anywhere on Dale's site where the filename begins with "postip" - which appears to be his naming convention for the individual chapters of the online manual.

Try it out and I hope everyone enjoys being able to find content in the manual more easily.
