Right at the start of the system you can select to print or not to print day totals

when i try it it take 30 seconds or so to load up if you do not print but if you print its fast and works instant

how many other people have this problem?

the only problem i have when selecting

"do not print opening receipt" is that the cash drawer randomly pops open 30 seconds later. Gives you one hell of a fright when your not expecting it. I mentioned this the other night but Dale wasnt sure why.

Does this happen to anyone else? It happens on both my registers.

This could be potentionally dangerous if the operator forgot and walked away. POP! opens the drawer and customer can see whats in your till.

oh sometimes this happens when opening/printing sales/refund receipt/no sale. when selecting DO NOT PRINT it freezes for about a minute.

This only happens about 8% of the time

i am running it in pure dos too

Same thing happens when I select "do not print opening receipt".
After selecting it the cash drawer will always pop open 30 seconds later.

im glad someone can back me up even though everyone except me said NO it dont take longer
