Migrate to WinXP

Post by Robert_Nel » Wed Nov 08, 2006 10:15 am

Hi Dale and others ,

I have been using DHpos for a couple of years now on Win2000 in my Pub. I wish to migrate to WinXP . Is this a good idea , does DHpos run as well on XP as on win2000?. Also if I do migrate , is there anything I should be aware of before doing this. I do not wish to effect my Pub business as it runs 20 hours a day, and I cannot afford a crash.

Thanks in advance.
Robert Nel.

I run the business at a ZERO percent stock loss ( alcohol ) , using DHpos as part of my system. Great program.

Robert_Nel,

About the only problem you could run into with Windows XP is this http://keyhut.com/xperrors.htm

And changing the screen size here http://keyhut.com/faq.htm#screen

Other than that DHPOS works fine with Windows XP
