When setting the color display, the Black and bright white setting is not as clear at the cursor position as 4.28, A noteable differance

On which program (pos.exe, posconfg.exe, receive.exe, other) does this problem occur?

When using the Bright White setting in the Pos-Config, the display on the " purchase" screen is not the same as 4.28 .
