Hey, you know how you go to reports through the main menu, then go to "total by stock #", well is there a way to reset all the data, so, for example it may say that i have sold 18 keys, can i reset that back to 0??

When you close out the register using option #2, at the end of the process you will be asked if you want to "Reset the merchandise data" If you answer "YES" the totals for pieces sold and value sold in the stock table will be reset to zero.
