I'm doing some cash drop and would like to print it out for recording purpose, i only need 1 print but it print twice. Is there anyway to change the setting?

I can throw one print out away but it is kind of waste.

You should check your setting in pos config under printer setup

1. Print 1 or 2 recepts per transaction: 1
2. Print 2 Recept For Credit Transactions: 1

The "Cash drop / Cash pull" always prints two receipts so that one receipt can be attached to the cash and the other is kept by the place that is sending the cash. This way both places have a copy of the cash movment.

i understand...but for my case i just need 1 receipt attach with the money send to...Do you think you will add an optional for this one in the future?

Probably not since the vast majority of folks either use the two receipts or should be. Fortunately waste paper baskets are relatively cheap and easy to use.

You also can reduce waste by getting recycled paper
