I am using the latest pos, but when i try and use the tip feature, i keep getting this:

Cashiers 29-56 show no tips?

Oops, I thought I replied to this.

Close out the register and choose option #2 to Close / Print / Erase.

This will reset all of the tips figures to zero.

Hello Dale,

Sorry, forgot to mention that I did try that and it did not change anything. I still cannot get tips to track for employees in that second column. I did notice that the tips are not resetting to zero for either column. I am selecting 7 for close and 2 for close/print/erase. Maybe I have some other setting messed up?

Yes, your solution worked, I forgot that I have to close the Global POS, to actually close the store...
