JohnHeart,
When chocolates reach 199 you can add a new one wherever you want in the stock table.
The stock table has a maximum of 13,000 lines and you can put any item on any line no matter what the stock number, vendor, category or anything else is. The program will sort them out when you print reports. And since the stock numbers are indexed it takes almost no time to find any item by stock number when ringing up an item into a sale even if the stock numbers are in random order.
If for some reason you want to enter items in some order then, when you are in the stock table, press [F5] and you will be able to move items around in the stock table, delete selected lines, add new blank lines at any place in the stock table or sort selected lines by any field.
Also since stock numbers can be up to 14 digits long (which is 1 shy of 100 trillion) I do not think you will run out of possible stock in the near future.
