Locked parked sales

I have a problem - please help!

When i try to access (F6) parked sales, the system reports that parked sales is in use - even though no other users are logged in.
I know we did something wrong, but I need to access my parked sales or to get the info on the parked sales.
Can anybody please help.

Has any progress been made with the credit/account sales feature of the program as referred to in the register.txt file?

Well credit sales is far far away in la la land and customer acount sales are coming (as far as i know) as far as your parked sales problem goes i'm not really sure at the moment.

Sorry i misread your question are you using dhpos on a network? and if so what version are you using

ToPS,

I am assuming that you are using POS over a network?

If for some reason one of the computers was using the sale parking lot and did not leave the lot properly (the computer or network creashed?) the lot will remain locked.

However if you wait at the message telling you that the lot is locked for about 2 minutes or so the lock will go away and you will be able to get in.
