I don't understand that the problem is with serial cash drawers in XP. In 98se however I want to modify the serial1.bat, it still works, in XP, nothing works everything is Write failure writing to device com1? Why is this, would it be possible for someone to do something similar to aprint and just create a vb program that could send a CTRL+@ or string of zeros exceeding 10 miliseconds to the com1 port and just have serial1 exectue that program. I asking around if I find anything I will post it.
