Yes
They would work fine with POS.
Something technically minded folks should note about the Citizen 3xxx series of printers, those feed/online buttons with the exception of some of the newest 3550's are easily broken if pressed too hard. To replace the switch you need to totally strip the printer, remove the PCB, and very very carefully unsolder the broken switch, making sure that ALL solder is removed as the PCB tracks become very fragile with age.
