CAN'T ACCESS SALES REPORTS

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE OUT THERE CAN HELP THIS POOR, CONFUSED SOUL? I HAVE POS RUNNING ON A WINDOWS NETWORK
AND HAVE 2 REGISTERS SET UP. IT APPEARS TO TO WORKING PERFECTLY,...EXCEPT I CAN'T ACCESS ANY DATA WHEN TRYING TO VIEW
REPORTS>SALES-MERCHANDISE REPORTS ON ONE OF MY REGISTERS.
THIS IS THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEEM TO BE HAVING AND IT'S ONLY HAPPENING ON ONE OF THE TWO REGISTERS.

ANY IDEAS ???

Ok first off - please avoid typing in all capitals, it's hard to read and is a form of shouting when on the net.

As for your question, I would consider the fact that the you haven't enabled merchandise tracking in POSCONFG on the register which isn't allowing you to access the reports.
